Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all customers ("you", "your") who use the services of Wash Guys ("we", "us", "our") at any of our locations. By using our car wash tunnels or facilities, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Wash Guys offers automated tunnel car washes at multiple locations. We provide single washes, monthly wash memberships, and prepaid packages.

2. Vehicle Condition and Owner Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is suitable for tunnel washing. We are not liable for damage to:

Non-standard or aftermarket parts (e.g., spoilers, bug shields, bike racks, trim)
Loose or broken parts (e.g., mirrors, antennas, windshield wipers)
Pre-existing damage including scratches, dents, or rust
Non-factory paint, wraps, decals, or accessories

Vehicle Height/Width Limits: Vehicles must meet posted size and clearance requirements.

3. Safety Rules

For your safety:

Follow all signs and employee instructions.
Remain in your vehicle unless otherwise directed.
Ensure windows are fully closed and mirrors are secure
Do not brake or exit the vehicle while in the tunnel.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage or injury for which Wash Guys assumes no responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that Wash Guys is not responsible for:

Any damage to your vehicle caused by structural deficiencies or improper vehicle preparation.
Theft or loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
Damage caused by other customers or vehicles on the premises.

All incidents must be reported immediately before leaving the property. Claims made after departure may not be accepted.

5. Monthly Membership Terms

Memberships are billed automatically each month.
Memberships are per vehicle and non-transferable.
You may cancel at any time before your renewal date.
No refunds will be issued for unused time or washes.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to: aggressive behavior, unsafe vehicles, or non-compliance with posted rules.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
